"Maroon Door Management is seriously the BEST management company in the Bryan/College Station area. More specifically, Drew Schiller. I’ve been living in a house managed by him for 3 years and him & the management company make it super easy to pay rent & anytime I put in a maintenance request, it’s fixed within the day. It’s crazy because every single one of my friends has a problem with their land lord or the management of their house, but I have never had a single problem with them. If you are considering hiring a management company, YOU HAVE TO PICK THIS ONE! They honestly helped me ease into college living by always being there. Even though my house recently got bought and Maroon Door Management is no longer gonna be my managing company (which I’m devastated about), Drew Schiller let me and my roommates know that we still have his number and he will help us if we have any serious issues we need to get fixed. That absolutely shows the character that this managing company has to do all of this for free."

"I could not recommend Maroon Door Management enough. He was the manager for a home my roommates and I rented for 3 Years. Never have I met a more professional and down to earth person, and he took such good care of us during our time with him. Anytime there was a maintenance issue it was resolved within the day without any troubles. Drew was easy to contact and really truly cares about his tenants. Over the past 3 years we were able to develop a relationship with him and learn that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and has a huge heart for his tenants.
